教育部最新公布加國高等院校名單

　　近日，教育部教育涉外監管信息網公布了最新的加拿大高等院校名單。教育部有關負責人提醒說，對于那些未列入公布名單的學校，或資質情況不夠清楚的國外學校，學生和家長可通過威久加拿大留學專家了解其實際情況，咨詢電話：010-68946699。

　　一、 基本情況

　　加拿大聯邦政府不設教育部，教育由各省負責。由于加拿大地域廣闊，各省之間經濟發展水平差別較大, 各省建立了適合本地發展、相對獨立的教育體制。加拿大高等教育總體上保持了較高的水準，每年吸引眾多國際學生前往求學和深造。

　　加拿大政府認可的高等教育機構主要分為大學和學院。絕大多數大學都是公立的。攻讀本科一般需要3-4年時間，碩士研究生需要1-2年，博士研究生需要3年。各類學院側重培養應用型專業技術人才，一般提供大專文憑和各種證書課程，學制2至3年，不頒發學位;部分學校也開設學制1至2年的課程，完成學業后可轉入正規大學二、三年級繼續攻讀本科課程。

　　目前，在加拿大以公司形式注冊的私立學校數以千計，其專業、學科設置和師資配備等尚無有效監控。中國學生申請這些私立學校時，務必謹慎。

　　與此前公布的名單相比，此次公布的名單主要變化是調整了6所院校的類別和層次。
