第一步：向威久咨詢留學相關事宜；
第二步：請美國咨詢專家針對考生情況制定特色的雙保險計劃；
第三步：簽訂合同，并配合參加相應的英語測試和大學面試；
第四步：在專家的指導和幫助下，向相關大學遞交申請材料；
第五步：獲得大學錄取通知書，減輕心理壓力，輕松備戰高考； 若學生參加2012年高考并被教育部公示的"211"重點大學錄取為2012年新生，從而放棄美國留學，則學生可以憑錄取通知書原件、合同原件、繳費收據原件向威久申請退費。
威久在收到學生的退費申請和上述材料后的15個工作日內辦理退費。 第七步：根據高考成績和家庭意見選擇國內大學或國外大學。選擇國外大學，您可以繼續辦理留學簽證手續；選擇國內大學，您可以根據合同與公司辦理退費手續。
